A compelling two-day diversity conference designed to increase knowledge, develop skills and improve professional practice.
Keynote Presentation and Conference Features
TRAC and FDR are pleased to welcome Dr. Sharon E. Moore as the conference’s honored keynote speaker. Dr. Moore is a noted author, speaker and professor of social work at the University of Louisville. Dr. Moore will call upon her experiences and knowledge to address conference attendees on the topic of “Racial and Ethic Identity Development in Youth.” Learn more about Dr. Moore.
Day two of the conference will feature a panel of distinguished professionals from the fields of child welfare, law, education and medical and mental health. The panel will explore the facets of diversity and inclusion when working with families, children, youth and communities. Learn more about the panel presenters.
Conference attendees can choose from 17 various workshops exploring a variety of diversity-related issues pertaining to education, law, child welfare, adoption and health. Attendees can choose one workshop each from three half-day sessions that most relates to their interests and profession. Learn more about the workshops and presenters.

Continuing Education Credit Information
Continuing education credits for social workers through the University of Pittsburgh and continuing legal education credits through the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board have been approved and will be available.
Act 48 credit for educators is approved through the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
The use of this seal is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the program. It means that this program has met the HR Certification Institue's criteria to be pre-approved for re-certification credit.
Certificates of training will also be available.
